Execution of the Partnership Agreement. The General Partner and MPLX Logistics Holdings LLC, as the organizational limited partner, shall amend and restate the Original Partnership Agreement by executing the Partnership Agreement in substantially the form included in Appendix A to the Registration Statement, with such changes as the General Partner and MPLX Logistics Holdings LLC may agree.
