Execution of the Notes. The Exchange Notes shall be executed on behalf of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Chief Accounting Officer, its Chief Financial Officer, its President or one of its Vice Presidents attested by its Secretary of the Board of Directors, its Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer or one of its Assistant Secretaries. The signature of any of the officers on the Notes may be manual or facsimile.
