Common use of Execution of Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be provided with and, subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture and that all conditions precedent under this Indenture for the execution of the supplemental indenture have been complied with. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee’s own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which affects the Indenture Trustee’s own rights, duties, liabilities obligations, or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

In executing, or permitting accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX 8 or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this - Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be provided with andentitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.01 Section 315(a) through 315(d) of the Trust Indenture Act and 6.02, Section 5.02 hereof) shall ---- be fully protected in relying upon, an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture and that all conditions precedent under this Indenture for the execution of the supplemental indenture have been complied withIndenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which adversely affects the Indenture Trustee’s 's own rights, duties, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be provided with andentitled to receive, unless such supplemental indenture has been executed by the Holders of all outstanding Notes, and subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture and that all conditions precedent under this Indenture for the execution of the supplemental indenture have been complied withIndenture. The Indenture Trustee or Owner Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee’s 's or Owner Trustee's (as such or in its individual capacity) own rights, duties, liabilities liabilities, benefits, protections, privileges or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting the additional trusts created by, by any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be provided with andentitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.01 6.1 and 6.026.2, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture and that all conditions precedent under this Indenture for to the execution of the supplemental indenture any such amendment have been complied withsatisfied. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee’s own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which affects the Indenture Trustee’s own rights, duties, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. The Trustee shall sign any supplemental indenture authorized pursuant to this Article, subject to the last sentence of this Section 903. In executing, or permitting accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be provided with andentitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, Section 601) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture and that all conditions precedent under this Indenture for the execution of the supplemental indenture have been complied withIndenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which affects the Indenture Trustee’s 's own rights, duties, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.
