Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

In executing, or permitting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, may but shall not be obligated to, to enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's ’s own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities indemnities under this Indenture or otherwise. Any supplemental indenture which affects the amounts distributed to the Owner Trustee under Section 5.04(b) of this Indenture shall require the Owner Trustee’s written consent.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise. The Indenture Trustee shall provide copies of each supplemental indenture to the Rating Agencies.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture or waiver permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, Section 6.1) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture or waiver is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that or waiver which affects the Indenture Trustee's ’s own rights, duties, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. The Indenture Note Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Note Trustee's own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

The Issuer shall cause executed copies of any supplemental indentures to be delivered to the Rating Agencies.

In executing, or permitting accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee for any series of Securities shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, Section 601) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee for any series of Securities may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which affects the Indenture such Trustee's own rights, dutiesliabilities, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which affects the Indenture Trustee's ’s own rights, duties, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwiseotherwise is not reasonably acceptable to the Trustee.

The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture Supplemental Indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, dutiesliabilities, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. The Servicer, on behalf of the Trust, shall cause executed copies of any supplemental indentures to be delivered to the Note Purchaser.

The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which affects the Indenture Trustee's ’s own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

The Administrator shall provide a fully executed copy of any supplemental indentures to this Indenture to each Rating Agency.

The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's ’s own rights, duties, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

In executing, executing or permitting the additional trusts created by, by any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.01 6.1 and 6.026.2, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Master Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture Supplemental Indenture permitted by this Article IX Nine or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, Section 8.01) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture Supplemental Indenture is authorized or permitted by and complies with this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture Supplemental Indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's ’s own rights, dutiesliabilities, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

Execution of Supplemental Indentures. In executing, or permitting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts created by this Indenture, the Class A Insurer and the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and subject to Sections 6.01 6.1 and 6.026.2, shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that affects the Indenture Trustee's own rights, duties, liabilities or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.

In As a condition to executing, or permitting accepting the additional trusts created by, any supplemental indenture permitted by this Article IX or the modification modifications thereby of the trusts trust created by this Indenture, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and (subject to Sections 6.01 and 6.02, Section 315 of the Trust Indenture Act) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental indenture is authorized or permitted by this Indenture. The Indenture Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental indenture that which affects the Indenture Trustee's ’s own rights, duties, liabilities duties or immunities under this Indenture or otherwise.
