Execution of Stipulation Sample Clauses
The "Execution of Stipulation" clause defines the formal process by which parties agree to and sign a stipulated agreement, making it legally binding. Typically, this clause outlines the required signatures, the manner in which the stipulation must be executed (such as in writing or electronically), and may specify that counterparts or facsimile signatures are acceptable. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties clearly understand when and how their agreement becomes effective, thereby preventing disputes over the validity or enforceability of the stipulation.
