Execution of Relevant Documents. After this Agreement is entered into, each Party shall procure its affiliates involved in the Reorganization to actively cooperate with each other, and to execute all documents required for the Reorganization according to the terms, conditions and principles stipulated herein as soon as reasonably possible.
