Execution of Certificates. All certificates for Units shall be numbered in the order in which they shall be issued and shall be signed by any two Directors or by the Chairman or the President and also by the Secretary of the Company. The signature of a Director or of the Chairman, the President or the Secretary upon a certificate may be by facsimile. In the event any individual who has signed or whose facsimile signature has been placed upon a certificate for Units shall have ceased to be a Director or the Chairman, the President or the Secretary, as the case may be, of the Company before the certificate is issued, the certificate may be issued by the Company with the same effect as if the individual were a Director or the Chairman, the President or the Secretary, as the case may be, of the Company at the date of issue of the certificate.
