Execution of Certain Documents. Subject to any other written instructions of the Adviser, the Sub-Adviser and the Trustees of the Trust, FCEM is hereby appointed the Sub-Adviser's and the Trust's agent and attorney-in-fact to execute account documentation, agreements, contracts and other documents as FCEM shall be requested by brokers, dealers, counterparties and other persons in connection with its management of the Designated Assets.
