Execution of Addendums A, B and C. In the event that Employee is Terminated Without Cause under Paragraph 3 (e) of this Agreement, Employee must fully comply with all of the requirements of this Paragraph 4 to be entitled to the severance benefits provided in Paragraph 5, including specifically the payment of the Lump Sum provided in Paragraph 5(a).
