Execution & Multiple Originals. This Agreement may be executed via electronic media (email or facsimile), and in counterparts. This Agreement may also be executed in multiple originals, each of which shall be deemed an original and shall be admissible in any proceedings, legal or otherwise, without the production of other such originals.
