Execution in Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original counterpart, and all of which shall be considered to be but one agreement and shall become a binding agreement when each party shall have executed one counterpart and delivered it to the other party hereto. A signature affixed to a counterpart of this Agreement and delivered by facsimile by any Person is intended to be its, his or her signature and shall be valid, binding and enforceable against the party on whose behalf it has been affixed.
