Execution in Counterparts, Etc. This First Amendment may be executed in counterparts, and by separate parties on separate counterparts each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Telecopied counterparts of the signature pages hereof shall be deemed effective as of the Agent's receipt thereof.
