Common use of Execution; Electronic Transactions Clause in Contracts

Execution; Electronic Transactions. This Lease Purchase Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original but all together will constitute but one and the same Lease. It is also agreed that separate counterparts of this Lease Purchase Agreement may be executed by the Bank and the City all with the same force and effect as though the same counterpart had been executed by both the Bank and the City. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files and other reproductions of original executed documents will be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law. The parties agree that the transaction described herein may be conducted and related documents may be stored by electronic means.
