Execution Copies. This Agreement has been written in Chinese and English in five (5) originals each, all of which constitute one and the same agreement. Chindex shall hold two (2) sets of Chinese and English originals, IFC shall hold two (2) sets of Chinese and English originals and the remaining set of Chinese and English originals shall be submitted to the Approval Authority. Both the Chinese and English versions shall have equal effect.
