Common use of Execution by third parties Clause in Contracts

Execution by third parties. 12.1 The Provider is entitled to engage third parties for the execution of an agreement at its own discretion. 12.2 Provider is not liable for damage resulting from errors or the omission of third parties or auxiliary persons charged by the Provider with the performance of work. The customer authorizes the provider to accept limitations of liability by and from third parties.
