Execution by Participant. Participant understands and agrees that, by signing below, Participant is agreeing to the terms of this Agreement together with the Restrictive Covenant Agreement attached as Exhibit A, and that Participant’s single signature below constitutes acceptance of all terms, including those in the Restrictive Covenant Agreement attached as Exhibit A.
