Common use of Execution by Facsimile Clause in Contracts

Execution by Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed by the Parties and transmitted by facsimile. A facsimile signature of a Party shall be binding as an original. If a Party sends a copy of the Agreement or part thereof with that Party’s signature by facsimile, that Party shall promptly send the original by first class mail. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one instrument.
