Execution by Electronic Delivery. The Corporation may rely on delivery by electronic delivery of an executed copy of this Agreement, any attachments hereto, and acceptance by the Corporation of such electronic copy is legally effective to create a valid and binding agreement between the Corporation and the Purchaser in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
