Execution by Counterparts. This Agreement shall be executed in counterpart and when so executed by each and every Party hereto shall be deemed to be executed by all Parties as if it were a single document. Executed counterparts shall be delivered forthwith to the District. Said executed counterparts shall be retained by District and the District shall distribute to all other Parties’ copies of said original counterparts as said other parties' executed copies.
