Execution and Revocation. Pursuant to the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, you shall have at least twenty-one (21) calendar days to review and to consider executing this Supplemental Release. If you execute this Supplemental Release, you may revoke it at any time during the seven (7) calendar days following the day you sign it. Any revocation within this period will not only revoke the Supplemental Release but the entire Agreement as well. Any revocation within this period must be submitted, in writing, and state, “I hereby revoke my acceptance of our Transition Agreement and General Release, and my Supplemental Release.” The revocation must be e-mailed to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Senior Employment & Litigation Counsel, WW International, Inc. at [ ]@▇▇.▇▇▇, such that it is received within seven (7) calendar days of your execution of this Supplemental Release.
