Common use of Execution and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Execution and Revocation. Pursuant to the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, you shall have at least twenty-one (21) calendar days to review and to consider executing this Supplemental Release. If you execute this Supplemental Release, you may revoke it at any time during the seven (7) calendar days following the day you sign it.
