Execution and Notification by Security Agent. (a) Each Party (other than the relevant acceding person) irrevocably authorises the Security Agent to execute on its behalf any ICA Group Company Accession Agreement and any Creditor/Representative Accession Undertaking which has been duly completed and signed on behalf of the relevant acceding person in accordance with this Agreement. (b) The Security Agent shall notify the other Parties promptly of the receipt and execution by it on their behalf of any ICA Group Company Accession Agreement and any Creditor/Representative Accession Undertaking.
