Common use of Execution and Facsimile Clause in Contracts

Execution and Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts (including those delivered by facsimile or other electronic means), and each of such counterparts shall for all purposes be deemed to be an original; and all such counterparts, or as many of them as the Borrower and the Green Bank shall preserve undestroyed, shall together constitute but one and the same agreement.
