Execution and Delivery Required. This instrument shall not be considered to be an agreement or contract nor shall it create any obligation whatsoever on the part of ETW and SportsLine, or either of them, unless and until it has been personally signed by representatives of ETW and SportsLine and delivery has been made of a fully signed original.
