Execution and Delivery of Notes. The Notes shall be signed in the name and on behalf of the Company by the manual (wet ink) signatures of at least half of the members of the Board of Directors of the Company. Any Note may be signed on behalf of the Company by such member of the Board of Directors as, at the actual date of execution of such Note, shall be a member of the Board of Directors of the Company, although at the date of execution of these Conditions any such person was not a member of the Board of Directors.
