Common use of EXECUTION; AMENDMENTS Clause in Contracts

EXECUTION; AMENDMENTS. This Amendment is executed by the parties pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.8.2 of the Stockholders Agreement. Any provision of this Amendment may be amended or waived if, but only if such amendment or waiver is in writing and is signed by the Company, the Holders holding at least a majority of the Fully-Diluted Common Stock held by all Holders and the Majority AMFM Holders.
