EXECUTION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER. This Contract shall be binding on all parties only upon signature by authorized representatives of each party. This Contract or any provision may be amended during the contract period, if circumstances warrant, by a written amendment executed by all parties. Only GRBH-ASO or designee has authority to waive any provision of this Contract on behalf of GRBH-ASO.
