Executed Work Change. Each executed Work Change Form will constitute a final settlement, and waiver by, Contractor of the right to assert any further claim for the items addressed in the Work Change Form including any increase in compensation based upon claims such as of loss of productivity, lost efficiency, or resulting residual costs.
