Executed Contract. COALITION shall return a fully executed copy of this Contract to PROVIDER as notification that PROVIDER is eligible to begin offering the VPK Program. PROVIDER shall not offer the VPK Program prior to receiving a fully executed copy of this Contract from COALITION.
