Common use of Executed Amendment Clause in Contracts

Executed Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a counterpart of this Amendment duly executed by the Borrower, the Agents, the Issuer and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the Guarantors.

Executed Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a counterpart counterparts of this Amendment duly executed by the BorrowerAgent, the Agents, the Issuer and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the Guarantors.Lenders and by an Authorized Officer of the Administrative Borrower and each Credit Party;

Executed Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a counterpart counterparts of this Amendment duly executed by the Borrower, the Agentseach other Credit Party, the Issuer Administrative Agent and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the Guarantors.Lenders;

The Administrative Designated Agent shall have received a counterpart one or more counterparts of this Amendment duly executed by the Borrower, the Agents, the Issuer each Loan Party and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the GuarantorsLenders constituting Required Lenders.

Executed Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a counterpart counterparts of this Amendment duly executed by the Borrower, the AgentsParent, the Issuer Administrative Agent and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the GuarantorsRequired Lenders.

Executed Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a counterpart of this Amendment Amendment, duly executed by the Borrower, the AgentsSubsidiary Guarantors, the Issuer Administrative Agent and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the GuarantorsLenders.

Executed Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed counterpart of this Amendment duly executed by the Borrower, the Agents, the Issuer from each Loan Party and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the Guarantors.Required Lenders; and

The Administrative Agent shall have received a counterpart executed counterparts of this Amendment and the Consent attached hereto (or other evidence of execution, satisfactory to the Agent), which collectively shall have been duly executed by on behalf of the Borrower, the Agents, the Issuer and the Majority Banks, and duly acknowledged by each of the Guarantors, the Required Lenders and each Term Loan Lender.
