EXCUSABLE ABSENCES. Under the conditions stated below, absences of hourly school lunch employees shall be excusable with pay at the discretion of the Personnel Board, without charge to sick leave or annual leave balances, upon submittal of evidence satisfactory to the Personnel Board and upon application in the form prescribed by the Personnel Board:
1. Death in the Immediate Family
