Exclusivity to Territorial Rights. Provided Licensee is in full compliance with all of its payment and performance obligations under this Agreement, and any other agreements related to its performance hereunder, and any and all applicable laws and regulations, AmericaTowne agrees that it will not operate, or permit any other entity or person to operate any similar or like business as Licensee within AmericaTowne location in which the Authorized Location is situated.
