EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE. Only the exclusive bargaining agent, HEA/United, shall have the right to enforce this Agreement and hold Union meetings or group activities on school grounds for Union purposes. The use of district facilities requires mutual agreement of the Principal/Site Supervisor and the Union Representative.
