Exclusivity as to Manager Clause Samples

Exclusivity as to Manager. RHS and the Clinic hereby acknowledge and agree that, during the term of this Agreement, Manager shall serve, on an exclusive basis, as the manager as contemplated in this Agreement on behalf of and for the benefit of the Clinic relating to its operations.
