Exclusive Statement. This Section 8 provides the exclusive statement of the parties’ respective rights and obligations under this Agreement with respect to Intellectual Property. Except as expressly stated in this Section 7, nothing in this Agreement or any course of dealing between the parties will be deemed to create a license from either party to the other of any Intellectual Property, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise.

Before renting pre-1978 housing, Lessors must disclose the presence of lead- based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. Lessees must also receive a federally approve pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.

  • Exclusive Negotiations The State will not bargain collectively or meet with any employee organization other than MSEA-SEIU with reference to terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this Agreement. If any such organizations request meetings they will be advised by the State to transmit their requests concerning terms and conditions of employment to MSEA-SEIU.
