Exclusive Statement. This Section 8 provides the exclusive statement of the parties’ respective rights and obligations under this Agreement with respect to Intellectual Property. Except as expressly stated in this Section 7, nothing in this Agreement or any course of dealing between the parties will be deemed to create a license from either party to the other of any Intellectual Property, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise.
