Common use of EXCLUSIVE PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

EXCLUSIVE PERFORMANCE. Artist agrees not to accept any other engagement of any sort or kind within a radius of THIRTY (30) miles of the Venue (as identified in Section 2 above) for the time period THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to the date of the Performance (as identified in Section 1 above).

EXCLUSIVE PERFORMANCE. Artist agrees not to accept any other engagement of any sort or kind within a radius of THIRTY FIFTY (3050) miles of the Venue (as identified in Section 2 above) for the time period THIRTY (30) DAYS prior to the date of the Performance (as identified in Section 1 above).
