Exclusive Jurisdiction and Venue. The Parties agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding, at law or in equity, which is permitted to be brought by a Party in court arising out of the CMC Documents, shall be the district courts of Travis County, Texas.
