EXCLUSIVE DIRECTED NETWORK. HCCC shall be GEHA's exclusive directed vendor of medical networks and managed transplant services for the selected MSAs. The MSAs identified in Appendix III shall represent at least eighty percent (80%) of GEHA's 1995 Members for 1996. GEHA shall encourage Covered Persons to use Contract Providers for health care services. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit GEHA from utilizing non-directed managed care or cost-containment programs within any MSA provided that such use does not interfere directly or indirectly with the contractual relationships between HCCC and Contract Providers.
