Exclusive Customers. Terex shall have the exclusive right on behalf of ASV to market and sell Terex-branded ASV Products to the rental house customers listed in Exhibit A hereto in the tab marked “Rental KA”, and to national rental account customers listed in Exhibit A in the tab marked “National”.
