Exclusions from Technical Support Services. CentralSquare shall have no support obligations with respect to any third-party hardware or software product (“Nonqualified Product”). If City requests support services for a problem that CentralSquare reasonably believes was caused or exacerbated by a Nonqualified Product, CentralSquare shall provide notice thereof to City along with a quoted price for the support services; City must approve the incurrence of such charges in writing prior to CentralSquare rendering the services. City shall be solely responsible for the compatibility and functioning of Nonqualified Products with the Software.
