Exclusion for Unauthorized Actions. SunGard shall have no liability under any provision of this Agreement with respect to any performance problem, claim of infringement or other matter to the extent attributable to any unauthorized or improper use or modification of the System, any unauthorized combination of the System with other software (other than software included in the Specified Configuration), or any breach of this Agreement by Customer.
