Common use of Excluded Entity Clause in Contracts

Excluded Entity. For purposes of this Agreement, “Excluded Entity” shall mean Pacific Investment Management Company, its affiliates and/or funds and accounts controlled or managed by Pacific Investment Management Company or any of its affiliates, other than portfolio companies of Pacific Investment Management Company and its affiliates.
