Excluded Affiliate Sample Clauses
Excluded Affiliate. Excluded Affiliate" means any affiliate of the Control Shareholder on the date of this Agreement which on the date of this Agreement was filing reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Sections 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act.
Excluded Affiliate. Notwithstanding the execution and performance of this Agreement, the Seller is and shall remain (until such time as the Buyer and Seller may otherwise agree in writing) an Excluded Affiliate under the terms of the Operating Agreement and agreements relating to the Operating Agreement.
