Exchanging Proposals. Both parties agree to meet in the spring of each year to exchange proposals. It is desired to conclude Negotiations no later than June 15 of the same year unless extension is mutually agreed upon.
Exchanging Proposals. Proposals for a successor agreement shall be exchanged between the Board and the Association on a mutually agreed date and time. Clarification and explanation of proposals will occur during bargaining sessions.
Exchanging Proposals. The exchange of proposals, counter-proposals, amendments, etc., shall be in writing with copies provided for all members of the two bargaining teams. The teams shall mutually agree on a date after which no new proposal will be initiated from either party.
