Exchange System. 14.3.1 The CONTRACTOR is subject to the exchange system of the Republic of Cameroon pursuant to the conditions specified in Section 110 of the Petroleum Code. 14.3.2 Pursuant to Section 110 (4) of the Petroleum Code, the benefit of the guarantees granted to the CONTRACTOR by virtue of said Section 110 of the Petroleum Code is extended to foreign national Sub-Contractors of the CONTRACTOR and their expatriate personnel.
