Exchange Software. The Exchange shall make the current version of the application software available, without its source code, subject to the terms outlined herein. You may only use the current version of the application software as made available by the Exchange and may neither alter nor copy such software without the prior written consent of the Exchange. The foregoing shall not apply to the production of copies of the application software if such copies are produced solely for data storage purposes. You are responsible for the installation of the application software on the components of your Member Front End Installation.
