The Exchange Program Review clause establishes a process for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness or compliance of an exchange program between parties. Typically, this clause outlines the timing, criteria, and methods for conducting periodic reviews, such as annual assessments or performance audits, and may specify who is responsible for initiating and participating in the review. Exchange Program Review. Both institutions will be responsible for a regular review of the exchange program on a yearly basis.
