Common use of Exchange of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. (1) Warrant Certificates may, upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Warrant Agent, be exchanged for Warrant Certificates in any other authorized denomination representing in the aggregate an equal number of Warrants as the number of Warrants represented by the Warrant Certificates being exchanged. The Corporation shall sign and the Warrant Agent shall certify, in accordance with Sections 3.3 and 3.4, all Warrant Certificates necessary to carry out the exchanges contemplated herein.
