Common use of Exchange of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. (1) Warrant Certificates, representing Warrants entitling the Holders to receive any specified number of Common Shares, may, prior to the Expiry Time and upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Warrant Agent, be exchanged for another Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates entitling the Holder thereof to receive in the aggregate the same number of Common Shares as are issuable under the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates so exchanged.
