Exchange Note Supplement. If a Lessee changes its domicile and such change would reasonably be expected to result in the Titling Trust doing business in a jurisdiction in which it is not licensed and authorized to conduct business in the manner contemplated by the Program Documents, then on the Payment Date related to the Collection Period that ends at least thirty (30) days after the Servicer discovers or is notified of such change, the Servicer shall purchase such 2015-3 Lease Agreement and the related 2015-3 Leased Vehicle by either (i) depositing to the Indenture Collections Account an amount equal to the Repurchase Payment, or (ii) appropriately segregating and designating an amount equal to the Repurchase Payment on its records, pending application thereof pursuant to 2015-3 Servicing Agreement.
