Exchange Controls. All payments due hereunder shall be paid in United States dollars. If at any time legal restrictions prevent the prompt remittance of part or all payments with respect to any country in which Collaboration Products are sold, payment shall be made through such lawful means or methods as the Parties may determine in good faith.
